We will provide a detailed report following completion of works, and It can then be left to us to liaise with the client, their office and even tenants or customers every step of the way, ensuring everyone is kept informed with the progress of works, and keeping the project flowing smoothly.

General Maintenance callouts
MW&J Services Ltd maintenance team will work closely with you, the client. We will establish the needs for your property or portfolio, building you a bespoke maintenance programme. Ranging from changing light bulbs to a full cosmetic makeover. You tell us your needs and we will tailor a solution to your requirements.
Our engineers are fully qualified in all areas of electrical works and plumbing/gas repairs and can provide full electrical fit outs and replacement/installation of boilers and water heaters.
We are able to respond to a full range of drainage issues including foul waste blockages and flooding and are able to provide clearing services and clean up to ensure your property can get back to operating as normal.
Emergency response
MW&J Services Ltd are able to provide a nationwide emergency response 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and aim to have a 4 hour attendance turnaround for all emergencies. Once our engineers are on site they will be able to provide a full site report with their findings and suggestions on how to proceed to ensure your site is able to safely operate.
Help Desk
As part of our commercial services we offer a helpdesk that is open from 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This gives our clients the piece of mind that they will be able to get through to someone when they most need to. Our helpdesk is bespoke designed to your requirements and we are happy to use any portals or call out systems that you may have in place.
